Anthithottam - The Last Act
Muchilott Madhavan was the sole Indian ever executed by the Nazi German forces in WW2. He hailed from the coastal village of Mahe in Kerala and was a student of the Sorbonne University in Paris. He was captured by the Nazi secret services for being a proponent of the French resistance movement which aimed at liberating France which was under the Nazi German Occupation. The play revolves around the final moments of Madhavan incarcerated in the Fort Romainville Jail. His internal turmoil dwindles between his identity as an Indian, a liberal French communist and an expat in a foreign soil which is calling out for his help. In the concentration camp, he misses the love of his life, Mademoiselle Giesel Molleit who too is in the same prison. The doubts and confusions are answered by the conscience of Madhavan which takes the form of the Kuttichathan Theyyam deity; Pookkutti Sasthappan. The theyyam folklores of Malabar recites the stories of the fallen heroes who are awakened and resurrected. The play explores the faith, beliefs and convictions which are eternally shared among the man and his gods.

Jaanch Padtaal
“Jaanch Padtal" is a sharp-witted satirical comedy that unfolds in a corrupt small-town bureaucracy thrown into chaos by the news of an undercover government inspector's visit. In a hilarious twist of fate, the town's greedy officials mistake a clueless wanderer for the feared inspector, leading to a series of absurd cover-ups, flattery, and desperate bribes. As the impostor basks in unearned luxury, the play cleverly exposes the hypocrisy, insecurity, and rot within the system. With biting humor and unexpected turns, Jaanch Padtal holds up a mirror to society—where deception thrives and truth becomes the biggest joke.

Frankenstein
Frankenstein is a haunting stage adaptation of Mary Shelley’s timeless gothic novel that explores the blurred boundaries between creation and destruction, ambition and morality. The play follows Victor Frankenstein, a brilliant but obsessive scientist, who defies natural law to create life. Driven by a desire to conquer death, Victor constructs a living being from stolen corpses—but the result is a creature abandoned at birth, rejected by society, and tormented by loneliness. As the creature journeys through the world, he grapples with his own identity and the cruelty of mankind, eventually turning to vengeance against his creator. This play captures the novel’s philosophical depth while intensifying its emotional core for the stage, focusing on the tragic bond between Victor and the creature.
