Baroque and Opera Classics For Piano and Flute by Natallia K Kapylova & Patricia Wind-Smith

    Pianist Natallia is already well known to local audiences. Trained in her native Belarus, she moved to India 13 years ago and has delighted the music loving public here with frequent concerts. Patricia, a flute teacher from UK, has only recently moved to Bangalore and is very excited to be collaborating with Natallia on this, their first project. The concert is entitled “From Baroque to Opera” and the first half of the programme will consist of solos and duets by J.S. Bach. In the second half opera comes to the fore, with transcription highlights from two of the most famous operas ever written; Verdi’s Rigoletto and Bizet’s Carmen. An evening not to be missed!
